Dockai Carrier Booking

With Carrier Booking, you can set up restrictions for warehouses and loading docks that users with the Carrier role must adhere to. Dockai Carrier Booking makes the booking process secure, simple, and efficient. Through the Carrier role, scheduling can be delegated to carriers, allowing them to book their own time slots directly in the system, which reduces the need for manual emails and phone calls. These bookings are then approved by authorized users. With real-time visibility and controlled access, double bookings and misunderstandings are avoided—while responsibility and traceability are clearly defined. Dockai Carrier Booking is one of our add-on packages and includes the following features:

• Booking for carriers with limited access according to set rules at locations/warehouses and their loading docks.
  
• Real-time scheduling only for creating booking requests including;
  • General: Trailer number, booking number, date, time, sender, carrier, dock number, delivery or pickup, status (requested).
  • Cargo: PO number, adjustable cargo types such as package and pallet quantity, total weight and volume, and a text space for details.
  • Driver: Registration number, mobile phone, email.

Dockai SMS-Notification

Dockai SMS-Notification makes communication with drivers simple and clear. It reduces the risk of misunderstandings and saves time for both drivers and warehouse staff. Dockai SMS-Notification is one of our add-on packages that includes the following features:

• SMS: Setting up notifications for the driver. Template-based notifications with the ability to customize the notifications.

Dockai Self Check-In

Dockai Self Check-In makes arrival quick and contactless. Drivers check in directly via a mobile link and receive immediate information about their assigned loading dock. This reduces queues and waiting times and frees up time from manual work for staff. Dockai Self Check-In is one of our add-on packages that includes the following features:

• Self-check-in when the driver arrives at the unloading location (e.g. warehouse).

Dock Charge Visibility

Dockai Charge Visibility gives carriers a full overview of charging options at loading docks. They can see at a glance which docks offer charging and which standards are supported, so that electric trucks can be routed correctly from the start. This reduces unnecessary waiting times and makes it easier to achieve sustainability goals. Dockai Charge visibility is one of our add-on packages that includes the following features:

• Enables viewing of possible truck loading options at loading docks or other loading locations. Also provides the ability to book these through scheduling.

Dockai Dock Calendar

With Dockai Dock Calendar, each loading dock can have its own weekly recurring calendar that displays the dock’s unique opening hours. For administrators and warehouse managers, the opening hours are shown visually but are not strictly enforced for these roles. These opening hours are strictly enforced for users with the Carrier role, determining when bookings can be made for each respective loading dock. The module requires the Carrier Booking module if restrictions are to apply to the Carrier role.

Dockai Recurring Bookings

With Dockai Recurring Bookings, you can save time by creating recurring bookings for loading docks according to a schedule.

• Only Administrators and Warehouse managers can create recurring bookings.
• Easy for Warehouse staff to manage, as they can change the status of recurring bookings in the same way as regular bookings.

With Dockai Tablet Booking Status, warehouse staff can efficiently manage booking statuses in an optimized, visually responsive interface for tablets and mobile devices.
